What We Fabricate And Finish
BEWS manufactures and finishes the full aluminium envelope package — supplied as individual product packages or as one coordinated single-source contract.
Windows
Thermally broken aluminium window systems for commercial and residential elevations, fabricated to the performance your specification demands.
Doors
Commercial entrance, shopfront and balcony door sets, assembled and finished to match the surrounding envelope package.
Curtain Walling
CWCT tested curtain walling in capped, structural and sticking options, coordinated with windows and doors on the same elevation.
Louvre Systems
Aluminium louvre panels and plant screening, engineered for ventilation, weather performance and a consistent architectural finish.
Spandrel Panels
Insulated spandrel panels infilling floor zones, colour-matched to the window and curtain walling sections around them.
Roofing
Aluminium roofing and rooflight framing components fabricated to interface cleanly with the rest of the envelope.
Powder Coating
In-house powder coating to any RAL or marine-grade specification, applied under our own roof for colour consistency across the project.
Plenum Boxes
Bespoke aluminium plenum boxes manufactured in-house and engineered to the ventilation strategy behind the louvre or plant screen they serve.
Aluminium Flashings
Folded aluminium flashings and trims fabricated in-house, powder coated to match the surrounding envelope exactly.
